Shipping and Returns

Shipments are made through the MRW courier company. The order placed will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 business days from the order confirmation, although the delivery time may be shorter.

These deadlines are averages and, therefore, an estimation. They may vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In case of delivery delays, magicbatikbcn will inform its clients as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent notifying that your order has been accepted and is being shipped.

The delivery time of the transport company no longer depends on us, but it is usually 1 day from the package's receipt at the nearest hub to the delivery address. The MRW company makes a first delivery attempt and, if the recipient is not at home, contacts by phone to arrange a new delivery.

No shipments/deliveries will be made on weekends, and it is not possible to agree on the delivery time before shipping. MRW will contact the client in case of absence.

At magicbatikbcn, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products and the associated costs, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or does not match the order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to arrange for the return and replacement or refund of the item.
