Shipping Costs
Orders placed will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 business days from the confirmation of the order, although the delivery time may be shorter.
These timeframes are average estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delivery delays, magicbatikbcn will inform customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent notifying that your order has been accepted and is on its way.
The delivery time of the transport company is no longer under our control. Magicbatik is not responsible for the final duration of the shipment once the materials leave our warehouse and are handed over to the courier or transport agency. Delivery delays will not be grounds for refund or compensation.

Pickup at Partner Store / Fair
We offer a free pickup point in Barcelona. The partner store is:

You can also place your order and pick it up at a fair. Check our fair schedule on the blog section of this website.
This service is free of charge for the customer.
Pickup at INPOST Point (Mondial Relay)
Orders shipped via INPOST will be delivered to a Punto Pack (partner store) or Locker (parcel box) selected by the customer at the time of purchase, within 3 to 5 days from when the order leaves our warehouse.
The customer will have 7 days to collect the package before it is returned.

GLS (24–48h Courier Service)
Orders shipped via GLS will be delivered to the customer’s home or to the address provided. The transit time is usually 1 day from the moment the package arrives at the GLS hub closest to the delivery address.
GLS will make a first delivery attempt, and if the recipient is not at home, they will call to arrange a new delivery.
No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends, and it is not possible to schedule a delivery time in advance.

Certified Mail (Delivery within 3 to 7 Business Days)
Orders shipped via certified mail will be delivered to the customer’s home within an estimated 3 to 7 business days from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
If the postman does not find you at home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox so you can collect your package at the nearest post office within the following 15 days.

Returns
At magicbatikbcn, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products and the associated costs, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or does not match what was ordered.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return and replacement or refund of the item.
